Melody Jazeb, LCSW, BCD, ACT

Melody Jazeb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and Master’s in Social Work from the University of California, Los Angeles. She specializes in the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and other evidenced-based practices to treat a wide range of psychological disorders, interpersonal problems, chronic medical issues and difficulties with life transitions. She has a strong background in CBT and has been recognized as a Diplomate of Cognitive Therapy by ACT (The Academy of Cognitive Therapy) and a certified expert in CBT by the Aaron Beck Institute of Cognitive Therapy.

Mrs. Jazeb has experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. She is currently focusing her work on CBT and mindfulness practice in the group setting for adults. Her group treatment focuses on treating people with trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviors.

In addition, to her clinical work, Melody has provided consultation and clinical supervision to mental health staff.

Melody’s advanced level training include:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Homeless Populations through the Aaron Beck Institute and the VA Healthcare System
    Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD
  • Mindfulness Facilitator’s Training through Insight LA
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through Insight LA
  • Motivational Interviewing Certification for individuals with addictive behaviors and chronic medical illnesses through the VA Healthcare System

Rebecca J. Terzian, LCSW

Rebecca J. Terzian is a licensed clinical social work with nearly 2 decades of experience in treating a wide range of behavioral and cognitive disorders.

Rebecca, an east coast transplant, was born in Massachusetts and spent her formative years there. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After completing her education she worked in Massachusetts with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional disorders. There she concentrated on cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. After getting married she moved to New York to begin her practice in both school social work and private practice counseling.

After moving to California and taking time to raise her 3 children she returned to her passion of working with children and adolescents. Rebecca has made it her mission to find the delicate balance of working with and gaining the trust of her young clients while addressing the concerns of their parents and family members. She believes strongly in a wholistic approach to therapy using a myriad of available therapeutic technique to achieve effective and lasting results.


Larisa Cazacioc, LMFT

Larisa Cazacioc graduated from Pepperdine University with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, experienced in education and training in the field of addiction and recovery. She has extensive experience in program management, quality assurance, managing and ensuring clinical charts meet contract requirements.

Larisa has worked in the mental health/substance abuse field for thirteen years and has experience with at risk-families, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include substance abuse/addictions, co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse disorders) schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, anger management, and PTSD. She has worked in various settings including inpatient hospitals, residential programs for severe psychological disorders, step-down IMD’s and Outpatient settings.
