Jinet Gharibian, LMFT

I provide psychotherapy to Individuals, Couples and Families. I speak fluent in English, Farsi and Armenian. I have received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the California State University of Northridge (CSUN) and I have earned my masters in Marital and Family Therapy at Alliant International University.

My work experiences enabled me to develop many new skills and expand on personal attributes.

My work experiences at the Step in the Right Direction Treatment Center, as well as California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, offered me the opportunity to work with couples and families dealing with different issues such as relational and/or mental, as well as individuals who were suffering from drugs and/or alcohol addiction. Working for the Department of Mental Health (DMH) enabled me to develop many new skills and expand on personal attributes and master the skills to treat patients struggling with substance abuse which is one of the most challenging areas in the field of psychology and psychiatry.

I can help you and/or your loved ones with -Grief and Loss -Stress and and Anxiety
-Depression -Parenting Skills -Issues in Relationships -Drug and Alcohol Addiction
-Marital Conflict -OCD and OCPD – Sleep Disorders -Eating Disorders – Phobias
